Geocache Prompting/Magic 8 ball/RNG

My idea on this is to help someone with a creative block or to give someone a new perspective.
If you have ever geocached one of the general rules you try to follow is take something, leave something. Same would apply to this
You can go to the magic 8 ball or whatever gets put in for the user interface and you can shake it to receive a user or staff submitted prompt. You can get as many prompts as you'd like or lets say max 3-5 but in order to use you must submit your own prompt first.
